Roasted Squash Schmear



  • Chabaso Rainin’ Grains Ciabatta
  • 1 cup diced butternut squash
  • 6oz cream cheese
  • 3 sage leaves
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Split, deseed, and roast butternut squash until golden brown
  2. Process in food processor or very finely chop
  3. Mix in with room temp cream cheese
  4. Spread on toast, top with finely chopped sage, salt and pepper.
