This strawberry brie toast is a simple solution to Sunday brunch or a high-energy snack.
1 Chabaso Oval loaf, sliced into 6 pieces
6 wedges of brie cheese
1 cup of sliced strawberries
1/4 cup honey
- Set oven to medium broil setting.
- Arrange the sliced bread on a baking pan and toast in broiler until tops are golden brown
- Remove baking pan from broiler, place one brie wedge on each piece of bread, and reinsert baking pan until cheese is melted
- Remove baking pan and place 2 – 3 strawberry slices on each piece of bread
- Drizzle with honey
