Chabaso is a family-owned bakery in New Haven. Since 1995 we’ve been baking slow-rise, hearth-baked bread the old-fashioned way, with time, care and simple ingredients.
Every loaf passes through a lot of hands. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, look out for each other and want to learn a craft.
