Our two starters, levain and poolish, intensify flavor complexity in this bread. Whole wheat, cracked wheat, rye, quinoa, millet, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, oats and a touch of honey add tasty goodness. Warm this nutty, crusty bread for toast, or a great sandwich or as the centerpiece of a wonderful meal and great conversation. It’s as delightful a bread to eat as our signature ciabatta.

For the best eating experience, we strongly recommend you heat Chabaso Multigrain Oval before eating. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place bread on an oven rack and bake for 3 to 4 minutes.
