Fresh Ricotta and Basil on Bread

ricottaIngredients:
Calabro Whole Milk Ricotta
Chabaso Classic Baguette (sliced)
Fresh basil (finely chopped)
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Scoop a heaping spoonful of Calabro Ricotta onto each slice of bread.
  2. Sprinkle fresh basil on top of each, then drizzle olive oil on top of ricotta and basil mixture.
  3. Add a pinch of salt to taste and serve.
  4. Enjoy!
