Founded in 1994, Chabaso Bakery is one of the most celebrated bakeries in the United States. A family-owned business, we produce over two dozen varieties of artisan breads and rolls, and we sell them at fine stores throughout New England, New Jersey, New York, and the eastern seaboard.

Our bakery is located in downtown New Haven, Connecticut, and we take great pride in our long-standing commitment to this inspiring community. Chabaso has been voted Best of Connecticut by readers of Connecticut Magazine from 2002 through 2009.
