Chabaso Bakery Outlet Now Open in New Haven
NEW HAVEN Conn. (April 15, 2010) – Chabaso, the popular New Haven-based artisan bread bakery, has re-opened a bakery outlet store in a new space at their bakery building, 360 James Street in New Haven, in the vicinity of the Amistad Academy Charter School.
The store will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. till 12 noon and closed on Sunday. Parking is available on James Street or off Humphrey Street.
Well known for crispy crusts, soft interiors and the delicious old-world flavor of their products, Chabaso’s full line of ciabattas, loaves, batards, rolls, Stix™, baguettes and boules will be available at discount prices.
