Roasted Garlic Ciabatta STIX

We brush our STIX with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt before the last step of their long journey into the hearth oven. Their slim shape, crispy crust, slightly nutty high-moisture crumb and rich flavor make them a yummy snack or great base for sandwiches. For the best eating experience, we strongly recommend you heat Chabaso Roasted Garlic Ciabatta STIX before eating. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place bread on an oven rack and bake for 4 to 5 minutes. Let bread cool before eating.

Freezing is the best way to save Chabaso Roasted Garlic Ciabatta STIX for later. Wrap bread in plastic wrap and place it in a freezer bag (it will last in the freezer for several months). When you’re ready to eat, preheat oven to 375°F. Remove bread from freezer bag and unwrap. Place bread on an oven rack and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
