These rolls start with our exceptionally flavorful ciabatta dough into which we add lots of real pumpkin puree and toasted pumpkin seeds and healthy white whole wheat. It’s all about pumpkin flavor, but of course they get the long, loving pre-fermentation Chabaso treatment. Pick your own spices and direction from there. They might be gorgeous savory or sweet sandwiches or just enjoyed for their pumpkin goodness!
For the best eating experience, we strongly recommend you heat Chabaso Double Pumpkin Rolls before eating. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place bread on an oven rack and bake for 4 to 5 minutes. Let bread cool before eating.
Freezing is the best way to save Chabaso Double Pumpkin Rolls for later. Wrap bread in plastic wrap and place in a freezer bag (it will last in the freezer for several months).
